Normally, when performing back exercises, your biceps, forearms, and grip get targeted (which isn’t a bad thing), but if you’d like to occasionally bypass some of that, you can do so by taking advantage of what the grip-less straps can do. Just lock your hand or elbow into the patented cuffs, and you can pull without needing to use your hands or grip. If you like extra leverage, you can grab hold of the strap or the back grip loops.
